At LUCNT, we aim to make the delivery experience as clear and effortless as the products themselves. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order is shipped.


Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days from the moment your order is shipped.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or customs clearance (if applicable).

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

If you’re unable to see updates after this period, please allow a little more time or contact us for assistance.


Shipping costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Any promotions or free shipping offers will also be reflected there.


Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the package.


Delays or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after shipping, please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Our goal is to ensure every Lucnt order arrives safely and without unnecessary friction.
