Return & Refund Policy

At LUCNT, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review the policy below for information on returns and refunds.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number) is required

Items returned that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as LUCNT cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@lucnteyewear.com.
